Dakota Acker

With 15 years in the industry, Dakota is excited to turn his passion into his own company. You may remember him from his time at Brooker Pest Control, where he served as a trusted Lawn Technician, or perhaps you spoke with him during a trouble call when he was a supervisor.

Dakota has continued to expand his expertise, earning certifications in Lawn & Ornamental, Termite & WDO, GHP & Rodent control, and holds a Certified Operator’s License. He’s also an Associate Certified Entomologist—yes, he’s basically a "bug scientist," as his daughter EllaGrace likes to call him!

With experience in both small businesses and large corporations, Dakota is proud to offer hometown, family-owned service where every customer is treated like family. He’s also thrilled to work alongside his loved ones to build a legacy for his daughter, EllaGrace, and future children. His goal is to create core memories that they can cherish for years to come as they grow together through this new adventure.

Dakota’s knowledge of pest biology, behavior, and identification, paired with his expertise in pest control methods, ensures you’ll get the best solution—whether chemical or non-toxic alternatives. His understanding of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) helps him minimize environmental impact while solving pest problems effectively. Plus, he stays up-to-date with all relevant laws and regulations, so you can be sure his methods are safe and compliant.

Director of Customer Relations & Marketing

Me ,the voice behind the screen. It feels a bit odd to talk about myself, but here’s a little about me.
Although I’m new to the pest control industry, I bring over 15 years of experience from the healthcare sector. My background includes roles in healthcare administration, doctor’s office registration, check-in/check-out procedures, insurance verification, billing, coding, and hospital PBX operations. Through these roles, I developed a strong focus on organization, customer service, and attention to detail. But my most rewarding job of all has been being a mom and all the work I have done and will continue to do within the four walls of my home .

I’m excited to work alongside my family in this business. As the wife of Dakota Acker, I look forward to bringing my friendly, caring personality to our customers. When you call, I’ll be the one on the other end, ready to assist you and ensure you feel like part of our family.

Director of Finance

With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Donna has a strong background in medical coding, auditing, and managing finances. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to keep everything running smoothly make her an invaluable asset to the team.

Donna's extensive experience in budgeting, financial records, and audits ensures that the financial side of the business stays healthy and efficient.

Her leadership skills are also a key part of her role, as she works to support and guide the team to success.

As the mother of co-owner Dakota Acker, Donna is excited to work alongside her family, creating lasting memories while contributing to the business's growth and success. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her granddaughter and grand dog, finding joy in the little moments and keeping life fun and meaningful.
